The Anchor

Ahoy mateys! I have wanted to do something nautical for awhile. Unfortunately, this land lubber has been moored in the same rut. (Sorry... I can't resist...) I finally decided to set sail and get something done! (I really can't stop myself...)The catalyst was a fabulous paper pad I found recently by DCWV, specifically the Nantucket Collection! I just love all the red, white and blue papers! The theme lends itself well to a recent ODBD release, Anchor. And I have been dying to do something with banners... so here goes...

This card was submitted for this week's Mojo Monday challenge.

Recipe

Paper - Bazzill, Colorbok, DCWV Nantucket Collection
Stamps - Our Daily Bread Designs - Anchor
Ink - Memento Paris Dusk; Stampin Up Going Gray
Die Cuts - Spellbinders - Petite Scalloped Ovals Large, Ovals Large; Cricut Country Life Cart - Banners (cut at 1 1/2")
Punch - Martha Stewart by EK Success
Jute; Baker's Twine by Jillibean Soup

Love your card Lori and missed coming to your site. Hard enough to do my design team projects, but it will get better. Hope to see you at the crop soon!

Lori, what ever happened to Randi Barrett? I used to follow her blog faithfully and she has been absent for months. Your blog is also full of lovely creations. Hugs, Debi
