WAW116 ~ James 4:10 ~

Welcome!  It's time for another
inspirational challenge at Word Art Wednesday.

Check out the Word Art Wednesday site for all of the details including this week's digital scripture image, how to link your creation AND info on our fabulous prizes!

A special thank you to both the The Paper Temptress and Moonlighting Designs for providing our prizes this week!

And a special thanks to The Paper Temptress for providing some amazing papers for me to work with this week!

This week we visit the book of James...

I used 3 beautiful sheets from the Paper Temptress line including Eclipse Black (base and matting), Vintage Silver Lustre Text and Opal Mica/Metallic (scripture layer.)  They are SO yummy!  I paired a chevron pattern (black & white) from The Paper Studio with them.  I just love how it turned out.  A few aqua mulberry roses, die cut greenery and a simple seam binding bow adorn the bottom.  I found a few self adhesive jet beads and positioned them on the opposite corner.  I just LOVE this card!  I see more chevrons and Paper Temptress paper in my future!  :-)  Thanks for stopping by!

What a very powerful and beautiful card Lori. 'Powerful' because the message is a strong reminder to us and 'Powerful' because it's so natural to hear, see and remember when good advice is given in a beautiful manner. You have certainly creates a very beautiful card with your very lovely papers, striking monochrome colours and the splash of beautiful Nature in your flowers.

Thank you for sharing this lovely card in our challenge this week. Ingrid xx ( OSAAT Team )

A gorgeous keepsake for anyone receiving this card, Lori. I love the flowers. They add so much beauty to your already wonderful work of art. When you have cards with this much dimension, do you hand deliver them or send them as a package?
