Exploring Cricut ~ What's Cooking Challenge ~

Welcome to the bi-weekly challenge at Exploring Cricut

This week our theme is to...

create a card, layout or paper craft with something from the kitchen...  etc. Recipe book, cards, or anything kitchen related...

Here's my project featuring the old standby cartridge Preserves, From My Kitchen and the Cricut Craft Room...

I decided to put together a few family recipes to hand down later on.  This jam cake recipe is one my mother is famous for.  We always had it at Christmas time with homemade caramel icing.  Yum!

I chose the blackberry image and words to weld together.  The recipe card can be found on the Preserves cart.  I scanned the original recipe (my handwriting) and trimmed it down to add.

Measurements

12 x 12

recipe card 8.5 x 6
word jam 3 x 1.833
word cake 3.5 x 1.5
blackberry image 1.75 x 2.319

additional supplies

Papers - Bazzill, Pebble Fresh Goods - Mom & Pop

Thanks for stopping by!
