WAW94 ~ I Timothy 6:6 ~

Welcome!  It's time for some beautiful scripture and a creative challenge at Word Art Wednesday .  Check out the WAW site for all the details including this week's digital scripture image, how to link your creation AND info on our fabulous prizes!

A special thank you to both Heart & Soul Rubber Stamps and Digi Darla's for sponsoring this week's challenge!

This week we feature I Timothy 6:6...

This week's project is based on a card by the weekly featured stamper at Splitcoast.  I created a 5 x 7 card (something I rarely do these days.)  I'm not sure why I don't as this is really a versatile size.  I like to take these cards and put them in a simple inexpensive 5 x 7 frame and give as gifts.  You only need to remove the glass and adhere to the easel backing.  Super easy!

All papers are from a coordinating paper pack set.  I did use a woodgrain embossing folder to add a bit of depth to the printed "wood."  A floral spray frames the scripture nicely.

Andie Miller asked earlier in the week for specific dimensions on the greenery die...  so if you are reading Andie...  here you go...  4 x 2 1/4 inches...  It should fit nicely in your Cuttlebug!  :-)

Thanks for visiting!  Until next time...

Blessings.

This is absolutely stunning, Lori. I just adore those patterned papers (aren't they Simple Stories Vintage Bliss?) Anyway, it turned out beautifully, and I am SO blessed to have you on our DT - I am grateful for your art and for your beautiful spirit and love for the Lord. You're such a blessing to me!
Hugs,

Really beautiful, Lori. I love how the rose embellishments are such a perfect match for those in the card.

Oh, I'm reading alright :) Thank you soooo much for answering my question. Guess that die just has to be mine!!
This card is simply gorgeous. The patterns, color scheme, that sentiment. You've inspired me. If I can carve out a few minutes I will likely join you over at WAW.
