September Release Day at Our Daily Bread Designs!

Woot, woot!  Can you say SEPTEMBER????  I just love fall and with the first day of September cooler weather and beautiful fall foliage can't be far behind!  But the first day of the month also means it is release day at Our Daily Bread Designs.  AND if new products doesn't get your motor running...  did I mention a blog hop???  And a prize???  Woot, woot...  Here's the 411 -

Three randomly selected winners will each receive a $25 gift certificate to the ODBD Store, to be used toward the purchase of ODBD Stamps found in the "stamps column" of the website just for commenting on the Design Team cards!  You have until September 2, 2015 at 9:00 p.m. EDT to leave your comments on the Designers Blogs for a chance to win!  The Winners will be posted on the ODBD Blog on September 3rd, so be sure to check back there to see if you won!

Easy peasy, right???  SO here are a couple of projects to inspire you and give you some ideas of what to get if you should be so lucky...

The first project features the fun new stamp set, You are Pawsome and the coordinating Puppy Die...
The little ID tag...  may be found on the new die set, Cats & Dogs...

I must confess, I had a few cute St. Bernards in mind when I colored this gem up.  I stamped fun paw prints all over my white card stock layer and stamped my sentiment on white card stock before using ODBD's Pennants Die.  I stamped the bandana on red card stock (You Are Pawsome) and used the coordinating die,  Cats & Dogs,
to cut it and my puppy.

I pulled a bit of scrap red card stock and used last month's Stitched Ovals Die to create Mister Pup's background.  And the grass...  super easy with ODBD's Grass Border Die...

And now for number two using the new Never Forgotten stamp set and Cats & Dogs Die...

I started with a 5.5 x 4.25 pink base adding a bit of white card stock and DP from ODBD's Shabby Rose Paper Collection making sure to distress all edges.  I embossed the main panel with ODBD's Boho Background Die and added a die cut/embossed heart using the Ornate Hearts Die.  O stamped the sentiment on another bit of DP using a rich cocoa brown and pink marker for the heart.  I added a die cut bone tag (Dogs & Cats Die)
with a bit of seam binding and baker's twine...

So here are the new items you see today...

and some old favorites...

Wasn't that fun?  So now it is time for  you to visit your last stop today...  I hope you have enjoyed the blog hop as much as the designers have enjoyed putting it together.  Don't forget to leave some love as you travel along!

Hugs and blessings...

Cute card with the paw prints and the little bone tag. Love your coloring.
The 2nd card is lovely. The embossing on the pretty paper and the heart and sentiment with the bone tag is precious. Great distressing on this card. The papers are lovely, also.

Doggone it. ( no pun intended ) but I wanted to know if the name Saints Rule was a play on being a christian or if it eluded to your favorite NFL team. Saints do rule. But in the NFL the cowboys rule. Although my husband would disagree as he grew up in the french quarter.
