Good morning! I hope you are having a wonderful Good Friday! Today we are taking a look back at Our Daily Bread Designs' April Release. And with Easter just a few days away, I have a project I would like to share.
I created a 5.5 by 4.25 inch card base with chocolate card stock. I added an ecru layer stamped with the Chalkboard Lattice Background in chocolate colored ink. I distressed and inked the edges before adhering it. I used the Flourish Labels Border stamp and coordinating Vintage Flourish Pattern Die
to create the ecru layer underneath the cross and the chocolate layer in the middle. The cross (2 layers) can be found in the Ornamental Crosses Die set. I added a few bits of greenery (Fancy Foliage Die) and a few mulberry roses. The final touch... an ecru pearl spray, cut and placed strategically around the focal panel. So pretty!
