WT415 ~ A Little Lamb ~

Good morning and thanks so much for stopping by!  Today I have another cute card using Our Daily Bread Designs' The Shepherd set.  We just had our second set of  twins here on the farm so this card is extra special.  I colored the image with Copics and lightly sponged the background to create clouds.  I framed it under a die cut.  Here it is...

I created the frame using Spellbinder's Floral Oval Die with a Large Oval placed inside.  I used dimensional foam to place it slightly above the image.  The shepherd's crook was hand colored and cut before adding it to the tag.  Super cute!  I can't wait to share this with someone this Easter.  Thanks for looking and until next time...

~ Let the Earth Rejoice ~

Thank you for stopping by!  Today I have a cute card featuring one of Our Daily Bread Designs' Febuary stamp sets, Let the Earth Rejoice.  It has my FAVORITE kind of image...  a flower! 

And did I mention it is a Crocus?  Nothing warms my winter weary soul than a beautiful crocus peeking out of the ground!  It just screams spring!   So here is the card carefully colored, cut and mounted. 

I colored the image with Copics and carefully trimmed around it before mounting it with dimensional foam.  I placed the sentiment with tape carefully on each side so it bows out.  I LOVE adding unexpected elements!  Thanks for stopping by!

I just LOVE these new chalkboard stamps! The image was stamped with black ink on white paper. No embossing required AND not extra steps to make the image look like it was created with chalk. The stamp does the work!

The base is black CS with a lovely floral black/white/yellow DP on top. A few coordinating blossoms and pale yellow satin ribbon tie it all together. SO FUN!
