Our Daily Bread Designs' February Release & Blog Hop

Happy Friday!  Welcome to the Our Daily Bread Design’s February Release Blog Hop! If you arrived here from Chris’ blog, you are in the right place! If not, you might want to start at the ODBD blog so you don't miss a thing!

I am excited about this month’s stamps and I know you will be too!   But before I share my card, let me give you the "411" on the hop!

The hop will run from 8am EST Feb 1 until 8pm EST Feb 2.   Winners will be announced on the ODBD Blog on Feb 3.  There will be THREE prizes: One $20.00 Gift Certificate, One $40.00 Gift Certificate, and One $60.00 Gift Certificate for STAMPS in the ODBD Store!!! To qualify for one of these prizes, simply hop to each designer, leave a comment on each blog, and return to the ODBD Blog to tell us you completed the hop, noting if there were any problems along the way.  Easy peazy!

Here's the stamp I used, Chalkboard Amazing Grace...

and my card using this fabulous stamp...

I just LOVE these new chalkboard stamps! The image was stamped with black ink on white paper. No embossing required AND not extra steps to make the image look like it was created with chalk. The stamp does the work!

The base is black CS with a lovely floral black/white/yellow DP on top. A few coordinating blossoms and pale yellow satin ribbon tie it all together. SO FUN!

Now I will send you on to your final stop... the

Blessings...

ODBD ~ Our Smallest Wishes

Welcome!  Thanks for stopping by!  Wanted to pop in today and share a card created with a few sets from Our Daily Bread Designs' January release.  I tried to create a chalkboard look...

I used a flat black card stock base and stamped my images/sentiments on with Versamark.  I then embossed them with white powder.  I sponged just a bit of white ink on to add that chalky look.  I created the floral spray with a yellow blossom from my stash and a few handmade bits too.  Do you just love these stamps?
