Romance

Here is another shot I took on the grounds of My Old Kentucky Home yesterday. When I think of romance and flowers I don't often think of the Purple Coneflower. It seems terribly prickly after all. But after closer inspection I came to appreciate it's beautiful design. You see butterflies love them! And their delicate petals stretch back perfectly so the occasional butterfly can stop by and enjoy. Even though they have not been blessed with a wonderful aroma like the rose they have the most beautiful purple color. I tried to mimic that with today's card. This one is a 5 X 5 inch design. Hope you have a blessed day!
