This week I started with a white CS base created with Spellbinders' Fleur de Elegance die and added a designer paper layer using the Floral Ovals set. I printed my sentiment on white card stock and used the Large Ovals set to frame it. The DP is a chalkboard look paper I found in We R Memory Keepers Chalkboard set.
