TSTR #110 Beautiful Roses ~ Guestie Week 3!

Happy Monday to you! Welcome to another fabulous week in The Tea Room. There's very few things I enjoy as much as receiving flowers and in particular roses! I love their delicate petals, wonderful aroma and lush color. I have to admit I don't like the thorns!

This week create a card or project inspired by the photo below USING PINK, AQUA (or BLUE), WHITE OR CREAM AND INCLUDE FLOWERS!

So on to this week's inspiration photo...

And my interpretation...

For today's project I selected some coordinating papers from My Mind's Eye (Dilly Dally) and Pink Paislee (London Market). I distressed all the layers and added some pretty lace trim to define the seam between the two papers. I selected a sentiment from Our Daily Bread Designs' Quote 1 Collection. The flourish is actually a Cricut cut from Ornamental Iron 2 layered under pretty mulberry roses from Prima and others from my stash. I added a few paper punched leaves for interest and an ecru pearl flourish. I thought this one needed a simple knot sash. I found this pretty cameo in some trims my good friend Sabrina sent me and knew it would be perfect! For complete challenge details and Mr. Linky. Please click HERE. Thanks for stopping in and until next time... Blessings...
